Fundamental Algorithms in Molecular Biology

As a graduate student, I team taught Bioinformatics and Computational Biology 567, a graduate course on string algorithms and data structures for graduate students interested in bioinformatics, and a core course in the Bioinformatics and Computational Biology program.

For this course, I taught approximately half of the lectures and created the following slides:
